Soldier Field is the famous arena in Chicago that DA BEARS play in. Originally opened in 1924 and designed as a throwback to ancient Rome, it was also used for talks by Christian Revivalists and others in the 1930s. On some occasions Angels were said to be heard overhead. This illustration highlights one of those times.
The icy cold Lake Michigan crashing alongside a stairway to the heavens emerges above the field!
